Backup Alert Basic (includes email support only) –You will be contacted via email if the server/workstation does not backup 2 business days/nights in a row. On the 3rd business day you will receive an email providing instructions on how to fix any problem with your backup.

Backup Alert Advanced (includes email and phone support) – You will be contacted via email if the server/workstation does not backup 2 business days/nights in a row. On the 3rd business day you will receive an email providing instructions on how to fix any problem with your backup. You will also be contacted via phone on the 3rd business day by a trained technical support representative to fix any problem with your backup.

Backup Alert Premier (includes hassle-free next day support by a trained technical support representative) - If the backup misses 1 business day/night, a representative will remotely connect to your server/workstation the next business day to resolve any problem with your backup. When you signup for the Premier Plan, DataHEALTH will install an application on your server/workstation which will provide secure remote access for hassle-free support.
